SHOP SMALL SATURDAY

Small Business Saturday is a day dedicated to supporting small businesses across the country. Founded by American Express in 2010, this day is celebrated every year on the Saturday after Thanksgiving. The Mendocino Coast Chamber of Commerce is proud to be an official NEIGHBORHOOD CHAMPION. We are organizing an exciting passport program in Fort Bragg & Mendocino.

Mendocino Coast Chamber Passport Program

On Nov 29, shoppers can collect stamps in any of our 70 participating Shop Small stores in Fort Bragg and Mendocino. This way, you can take part in our passport drawing; the prize is an exciting Mendo Coast passport basket with gift certificates and unique gift items from the Mendocino coast – worth over 200 dollars!

How does the passport program work?

Participating shops will hand out a passport book at your first purchase. With every purchase in one of our participating shops, you will receive a stamp in your book – look for the “Get your Passport stamped Here” posters in the store front windows which indicate our participating shops. Stamps can be collected between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. on Nov 29. When you have collected eight stamps, you can drop your passport in one of our drop off boxes - and then keep your fingers crossed!

Where do I drop off my passport book?

When will the drawing take place and how will the winner be notified?

The drawing will take place on Monday, Dec 1 by 5 p.m. The winner will be notified via Email or phone. The winner will be posted on Facebook, Twitter and the Chamber website.
