    First Friday Reception July 3rd, 5-8pm. Wine poured by Handley Cellars

    Rachel Binah's new hand sewn constructions are the featured work at Partners Gallery in Fort Bragg for the month of July. Her pieces evoke water in its many forms, fluid and solid: Ocean, River, Vapor and Ice.  "I have a passion for paper -- plain or embellished with paint and mixed media. My work comes together intuitively as I tear and sew the paper.  I focus on developing textural contrasts, shadows and the architectural structures they create.  Although my work is made to be hung on a wall, I am constantly subtly pushing the dimensions out from the wall."

     

    Partners Gallery is located at 335N. Franklin Street in Fort Bragg and is open Wednesday through Monday 10 am to 5 pm and Sundays 10 am to 4 pm.
