Noyo Run 5K & 10K

This run is part of the 8th Annual Wellness Festival at the Mendocino Coast District Hospital. Walking and racewalking is also included. This fun race starts in front of the Hospital 700 River  Drive. It is an out and back again course including noyo River views, redwoods and a hill climb for the 10K runners. This is a mixed surface event including some pavement and dirt roads.  The race starts at 9:00am Saturday October 11,2014.
