Gualala River Run

Action Network Family Resource Centers’  Eleventh Annual Gualala River Run 5K & 10K and 5k Fun Walk, Saturday October 10, 2015.  Billed as the ’Coolest Run in California’ the fun starts at 9:00 am and the courses go through the tall redwoods and along the Gualala River, some on trails only open once a year for this event.

For the serious runners, the GRR offers mile markers that are accurately measured and allow runners to monitor their pace.  Gold, Silver and Bronze Medals will be presented to 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd places in nine age categories in the 5K and 10K races. Electronic timing will be provided by Ready Set Go.

Fees for adults are $35 for the 5K and 10K runs, and $30 for the 5K Fun Walk.  Youth, 18 and under are $10 for all events.  Teams of 5 people or more receive a 20% discount.  Free T-shirt to all participants.

Coastal Creations Brunch

At 10:30 join us for the fabulous Coastal Creations Brunch.  Tickets are $10 for adults, and $5 for children 10 and under.  Join us for scrambled eggs, veggie scrambled eggs, potatoes, turkey sausage, fresh fruit, yogurt, tea, coffee and milk.
