The evening begins with a welcome reception featuring passed appetizers, followed by a three-course dinner crafted by our culinary team to highlight the flavors of the sea. Each course will be paired with selections from Mendocino Spirits, with Master Distiller Crispin Cain on hand to share insights into his acclaimed expressions. Throughout the night, enjoy live blues performances by the ever-popular Big Mo & Friends featuring Volker Strifler, Chris Nichols, and, of course, Maurice Huffman of the Big Mo & The Full Moon Orchestra fame, setting the perfect mood.
