Twelfth Annual Gualala River Run 5K & 10K Runs, and 5K Fun Walk

A family fun event sponsored by Action Network from 7:30 a.m. to noon, Saturday, October 15. Opportunities for everyone to enjoy 5K and 10K runs and a 5K “Fun Walk” on routes traversing Redwood forest near the  Gualala river.

Register from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. on event day if you haven't pre-registered. Races begin at 9 a.m., with start/finish lines at the Gualala Arts Center parking lot entrance.

Entry fees: Adults runs $35; adult walk $30; under 18 run/walk $10; teams of five + people get 20 % discount; kids in strollers free. Brunch: $10 adults; $5 kids under 10. 
Coastal Creations Brunch from 10:30 a.m. to noon – featuring breakfast burrito bar – along with the GRReat Raffle drawing with prizes in dining, shopping, lodging and adventures. Raffle winners need not be present to win. Ongoing silent auction for an original oil painting of the Gualala River concludes at noon, with highest bidder announced. Souvenir T-shirts free for entrants and volunteers; $25 for visitors. 
This is a benefit for Action Network Family Resource Centers, which provides a range of bilingual services to children, families and individuals. Action Network sponsors the event along with many local businesses and agencies.
