Cultivating Edible Mushrooms
This will be a FREE hands on class demonstrating how to grow edible mushrooms on wooden logs. Participants will learn about inculcating logs with mushroom spawn, mushroom and wood compatibility, and what materials are need to cultivate your own mushrooms. This program will be led by Will Minor from the Willits Library.
