Senior Center Dinner and Symphony Concert The Senior Center and Symphony of the Redwoods are once again going to join together to to provide symphony lovers with an opportunity to enjoy a wonderful community dinner and outstanding classical music. This wonderful community-style dinner will happen at “Sal’s Bistro at the Senior Center” just next door to Cotton Auditorium on Pine and Harold, where the Symphony will present their Winter concert featuring the music of Dvorak, Brahms, and Schumann. Chef Sal Meza will be offering three interesting entree choices. A lovely rolled, stuffed Pork Tenderloin, a Filet of Sole filled with crab and shrimp, or Eggplant Parmesan, all accompanied by Mixed Wild Rice and Fresh Hot Vegetables. Dinner will begin with a Caesar Salad, and end with Alice's famous Banana Creme Pie. Complimentary local wines, fruit juices and beers will be served with dinner. All of this for only $20.00! Dinner seating extends from 5 – 6:30pm, and the concert begins at 7:30. We strongly recommend that concert goers call the Senior Center between 9am & 3pm M-F to reserve tables - 964 0443. All proceeds from the dinner support the Senior Lunch Program and Meals On Wheels Deliveries. All ages are welcome to purchase daily lunch , M-F 11:30 to 12:30 at the Senior Center’s historic community dining room.
