Please join us on Saturday, September 1st for our Sixth Annual Beer, Bison & Bluegrass Concert & BBQ at Our Lady of Good Counsel Hall in Fort Bragg. You'll be stomping your feet as local boys Green Fields rev up the show with their rowdy bluegrass ways. Next you'll sway to the sweet harmonies and string melodies of The Mendocino Quartet featuring Gene Parsons, David Hayes, Steven Bates, and Gwyneth Moreland. Stay tuned for special guest announcements. In addition to featuring North Coast Brewing Company's local microbrews for your tasting pleasure, we are pleased to welcome Overtime Brewing, Lost Coast Brewery, and other regional microbreweries to the party, including a new addition - Humboldt Cider Company! Live Bluegrass as well as Beer & Cider tastings are included in your admission price. Food, wine and soft drinks will be available for sale for $1-$10 each. We will be grilling up Mendocino County bison burgers from J Bar S Ranch, served with all of the fixins; hot dog plates, strawberry shortcake featuring ice cream from local favorite Cowlick's Ice Cream, Thanksgiving Coffee Company; wine, snacks, and soft drinks will also be available. Great music, locally produced food, live raffles, silent auction and coin games in support of Parents and Friends, Inc. make this an event not to be missed.
