Tree Lighting in Rotary Park
Tree Lighting planned for Second Saturday in Mendocino. There is one more reason to visit Mendocino Village - in addition to gallery openings and shopping -- during Second Saturday this month:
Mendocino Rotary will sponsor a holiday tree lighting in Rotary Park, Lansing and Main streets, at 5 pm Saturday, Dec. 13. It's free to locals and visitors. "We especially want to invite children and parents to the lighting," explained John Innes, tree lighting event coordinator for the local Rotary Club.
The 12-foot tree will be lit each night at dark until Christmas Eve.
