A local happening with a global vision, this family-friendly event will celebrate the rich diversity of our world with music, dance, food, arts and crafts, healing arts, and children’s activities. Get out your dancing shoes, bring your kids, come sample the cuisine, the imports and crafts, and some soul-stirring rhythms.
Performers include, Batucada TreMendo (Samba drumming), Aliou Diouf (African drumming), Justine Lemos (Classical Indian Dance), Chamico (Cuban), Laura Sloane and the Dance Underground, Nancy Joy Evans & the Whole Hearted (Americana Indy Pop), the Coastal Zumba Crew, Pura Vida (Afro-Carribean), with aerial silks demos by Circus Mecca. Suggested donation $5. Proceeds will help to support the Community Center of Mendocino’s After School Enrichment Program and other community activities and services. No dogs, alcohol, or drugs please.
