View the Miasa Sister City Art Exchange Exhibit, featuring artwork by nine artists from Miasa-Omachi, Japan. Works include woodcraft, ceramics, glass, textiles and more. Meet the artists, watch artist presentations, hear a haiku reading and enjoy a Bento box lunch.

 

Karl Young will discuss the tradition of Shakuhachi flute and perform at 4 pm.

Wa no kokoro is held in conjunction with the Miasa Sister City Art Exchange Exhibit at the Mendocino Art Center, August 1 through September 5.
