4th Annual Walk to Take Back our Forests
The Jere Melo Foundation is hosting their 4th annual walk on Saturday 29th August. Â The walk is to honor the memory of Jere Melo and educate the community about the need for safety and environmental health in our forest lands and open space on public and private property. Â This year the walkers will gather at the Fire House before taking the Trolley Bus to the Coastal Trail. Â Walkers will then make their way to Otsuchi Point for a bench dedication before continuing on to the Firehouse for a presentation and tri-tip BBQ.
Please join us as we honor Jere and his memory. Â Check in will be between 1:00-2:00pm
