Food + Fun + Friends + Shopping! Join us for December First Friday with light bites, tips for staying healthy during the holidays, music, shopping, prizes, selected items discounted and more..... Mendocino Coast Clinics will be joining us at Interior to help get you Healthy for Holidays! Keep an eye on your holiday stress with a free blood pressure check, and speaking of eyes, you can get a free vision test, too. All the better to keep a watch out for Santa! Anyone who completes one of these free health screenings can spin the wheel for prizes. MCC’s Registered Dietitian will be here with delicious snacks and tips to jump start your health and wellness goals for the New Year. Sip smarter during the holidays with tips from our Redwood Ave friend Jeanine Jordon from Jordon Studio! . All this will be accompanied by beautiful music from our friends Acoustic Serenade!
