Interior is pleased to partner with Friends of Hospice to host two workshops to create memory boxes for the Day of the Dead. The workshops will be held on: Friday October 6, 5-7:00 p.m.and Saturday October 21, 1-3:00 p.m. at Interior, 224 E. Redwood Ave. Bring a ruler, scissors and any personal items (pictures, trinkets) you might want to add. Everything else will be provided. $5 donation requested. Note: Since a hot glue gun will be available, this workshop is unsuitable for children under the age of 10. This year’s Day of the Dead altar hall will be in the library multipurpose room from November 1-3. For those who would like to display their memory box, we will have a shelf unit designed for that purpose. The hall will have someone from Friends of Hospice in attendance all three days the hall is open.
