Noyo Harbor Festival
The Noyo Fish Company and the Noyo Harbor District are proud to present the first annual Noyo Harbor Festival. It's a full day of great food, music dancing and games for the whole family. All proceeds will be donated to the Noyo Harbor District and Mendocino Coast Humane Society.
