TUIB was formed in 1986 and has since toured all over the country. When they aren’t touring\, TUIB draws huge on-campus audiences at several yearly concerts. This fun-loving group of 16 friends has a diverse repertoire of American folk songs – they sing anything from Stephen Foster and Bob Dylan to Johnny Cash and Paul Simon. Whether you come to hear the vocal arrangements or the guitar\, banjo\, fiddle\, and mandolin accompaniment\, both the older and newer parts of the repertoire are sure to please any audience.Proceeds benefit the Mendocino Art Center Scholarship Fund\, providing tuition assistance for art classes to deserving students.Enjoy dinner out at the Little River Inn prior to the concert as part of our Dine Out fundraiser. A portion of the proceeds benefits the Mendocino Art Center.
