The menu will include grilled tri-tip\, smoked chicken and portabella mushroom entrees\, baked beans\, salad\, bread\, homemade dessert and coffee. Elk's famous Margaritas will be available. There will be a portable pond for the kids and live music throughout the day. A raffle will feature items donated by local inns\, merchants and community members. Proceeds from the BBQ will be used to maintain the department's facilities\, vehicles\, equipment and training. The department is grateful for the community's support for 66 years.
